FEATURED PROJECTS + SCOPE OF WORK
500 West 2nd Street is part of a master‐planned mixed‐use development in the dynamic urban center of Austin, TX where residents, employees, businesses and community interests interact in an active, stimulating, downtown environment. As part of the mixed-use Green Water Development, the 29-story 500 West 2nd Street tower redefined the skyline and what Class A office means for downtown Austin.

Scope of Work
Participate in long distance e-scouting via google maps to formulate shot list and optimal vantage points. Half day walk through with architect and developer to solidify shot list, preferred angles and featured points of importance. Plan and direct lifestyle elements to activate people within the lobby and amenities deck. Plan and secure entry to surrounding buildings for optimal vantage points of building. Create order of shot list to cover scope of work in ideal lighting.
The Crosstown Concourse is a 14-story, 1.2-million-square-foot project that spans across several acres. The building was erected in 1927 as a Sears, Roebuck & Company distribution center and has been preserved and redeveloped as a vertical urban village.
Transforming a national hub for the distribution of goods into a local nucleus for the cultivation of well-being, Crosstown Concourse features retail stores and restaurants on the first floor; fitness, health, arts, education, and office space on floors two through six, plus 270 apartments occupying floors seven through ten.
Scope of Work
Half day walk through with architect to solidify shot list, preferred angles and featured points of importance. Plan shoot in three phases — large scale interiors (both activated with people and architectural focused), day and dusk exteriors, and a separate lifestyle shoot focused people within the common spaces. Create order of shot list, and review with client in between phases to ensure all assets satisfied the client’s photo needs.
4000 Hillsboro is a dense, mixed-use complex incorporating over 400,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, office, and residential uses on a 2.6 acre site.
Four stories of “Class A” office space sit atop a 17,000 square foot retail/restaurant podium, which is above a 5-story, 600-space subterranean parking structure, which will serve both tenants, residents and visitors. These spaces are conveniently accessed by a welcoming, centralized open air motor court at ground level, which is designed for valet drop off and parking.
Scope of Work
Execute existing shot list created by architecture firm, plus expound on additional angles. Direct all lifestyle setups with people and direct talent action to fill large spaces and create lifestyle vignettes. Gauge optimal timing to achieve all shots at optimal time of day. Capture spaces both empty and activated. Capture motor court, restaurant, penthouse, amenities deck and work out facilities, plus day and dusk exteriors.
